The signing of a Representation Agreement provides our clients with full transparency and access to all information at every stage of the negotiations. We provide all data and documents and we conduct joint talks with all interested parties. The result of our actions is the recipient signing a purchase contract directly with the supplier – in quantities and on conditions unavailable to traders and in direct contact between the recipient and the supplier’s sales representatives.

Each contract for the supply of raw materials or products that we negotiate is subject to an audit by our Legal Department in Geneva, guaranteeing complete security for the recipient with regard to the legal terms of the contract. We ensure its compliance with the laws of the recipient’s and supplier’s countries and full enforceability of the supply contract after signing.
Guarantee of effectiveness
If, after signing a Representation Agreement, OROTAL fails to conclude a supply contract, the Representation Agreement automatically expires. In this case, we do not expect any remuneration or reimbursement of any costs.
